Cancelled first quote visit due to over running job, fair enough. Just had a call cancelling the second visit today due to not wanting to waste our time as we plan to do the job in the autumn and the cost of materials may have gone up then. But how can we budget and sort finances without a quote now. Offered to book closer the time but declined.
